When you sell XFT in any of the available quantities, you will make a 25% uncapped residual commission. 2. Team Commissions Syntek Global allows you to refer other distributors to the organization and make a 10% commission off of their sales volume and purchases if they are on your lesser leg in the binary structure. This is very lucrative! 3. MVP Check Match Commissions As you grow your organization, the members in your team will start to earn big checks. The MVP Check Match program is a uni-level structure that allows you to match 5-10% of your leaders binary checks through 7 generations of distributors. The more money your team makes, the more money you make! 4. Sponsor Bonus When you bring in new distributors, you will be issued sponsor bonuses every week. For distributors that come in at the 250PV kit, you will earn a $25 sponsor bonus. For distributors that come in at the 500PV kit, you will earn a $50 sponsor bonus. 5. Upline Bonus Program The Upline Bonus Program pays you out 2 additional levels of bonuses after your "Sponsor Bonus." For example, when you bring new distributors into Syntek Global, you earned your $25 and $50 Sponsor Bonus which counts as your 1st level.
